Before contacting RNIB about your problem, please refer to the help?. If you find that the help pages do not contain enough information, please contact the following:
For problems regarding products, payment, delivery and other product related issues, please contact: RNIB Customer Services on 0845 7023 153 or email CServices@rnib.org.uk
For technical problems regarding the website, please email onlineshop.support@rnib.org.uk stating the problem in as much detail as possible.
Please remember we cannot advise customers on technical issues that do not relate to the RNIB Online Shop, e.g. problems with dial up connections & browser configuration, etc.
