This phone has a clamshell design which gives it a compact size when not in use and also helps to protect the screen. Flip the phone open to reveal the large, full colour screen and when dialling it displays numbers in 26 point font (6mm) and when text messaging in 12 point font (4mm). You can customise this phone to make it even easier to use by disabling any features you do not require.

- store up to 100 names and 300 numbers (up to three numbers against each name) in the phonebook
- emergency call button. This phone can be programmed with up to five emergency numbers and if you press and hold the emergency button the phone will automatically send a text message to each of the numbers then begin dialling each number in turn until a call is answered. The text message can be persoanlised when entering the emergency contact numbers
- 20 polyphonic ring tones and vibration alert. Easy to switch between call alert modes. Simply pressing and hold the hash key for three seconds to change from your ring tone to vibrate alert
- easy-to-use FM radio with auto tuning to keep you entertained while you are out and about. Built-in alarm clock, calculator and games
- compatible for use with hearing aids and has the highest compatibility rating available M3/T4. The Doro PhoneEasy 410 is a tri band GSM mobile phone giving compatibility across Europe and North America
- supplied with a T-Mobile SIM and top up card, rechargeable battery, mains charger and hands free earpiece. The battery has a standby time of up to 280 hours and a talk time of up to 240 minutes. This phone is not tied to any network and you can change to any network at any time. However, monthly contract SIM cards from "network 3" will not work in this phone
- optional extras: black leather case (product code HM21E), charging cradle (product code HM21DS) and spare mains charger (product code HM28). The leather case has a magnetic popper to hold the phone securely yet provide easy access
